Information we collect
In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server automatically saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.
The interactive web forms available on the site may also collect personally identifiable information. In such cases the collected information is limited to the data fields provided on the form and is contingent on the visitor actually submitting the form.
How we use the information collected
Where possible, personally identifiable information collected through web forms will be used only for the stated purposes of that form. For example, the information submitted using a contact form will be used solely to establish contact with the visitor submitting the form, and will not be used to subscribe the visitor to any kind of mailing lists without the visitor's consent.
Personally identifiable information, including that collected automatically through server log files and cookies, is used to enhance the visitor experience and make our web site more valuable to visitors by better targeting the content. Statistical analysis may on occasion be applied to such data for the stated purposes.
We do not sell this data to 3rd parties. However, we can use 3rd party vendors to analyze or track the data on our behalf. Such an example is using Google Analytics for tracking purposes.
In accordance to current laws and statutes we will release any relevant such information to any law enforcement entity that files a request for information with us.
Who has access to the collected information
Your personal information is accessible by our server administrators and any other entity in our organization that such information may pertain to. For example, our marketing and sales department will have access to the information submitted by you by means of the contact form.
Any 3rd party vendor we retain for services will have access to such data as well strictly for the purposes of providing the services required by us.
Safeguarding your personal information
We do not make any explicit or implicit guarantees as to the safety of your information. We are however taking measures to minimize the exposure of any retained personal information by limiting access to the servers containing such information and encrypting sensitive information when it is in transit between us and 3rd party vendors we work with.
IP addresses, browser signatures, email addresses, email message contents and any other personally identifiable information that is otherwise already available publicly, transmitted normally in the clear (e.g emails) or considered contact information is not deemed sensitive by us.
Our use of cookies
Our website makes use of cookies which are small digital files that are stored in your web browser that enable us to track your return visits to our website. We also use cookies to retain relevant data between different pages loaded from our website. Such use of cookies is called session management. Session cookies expire automatically after 2 hours, however tracking cookies may reside on your computer for a much longer period of time.
Your browser settings may allow you to block these cookies, but we recommend you have them enabled for the best experience possible.
Additionally, 3rd party advertisers on our site may use cookies for tracking purposes. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to visitors based on their visit to sites they visit on the Internet.
Website visitors may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
